Perspective. We all have it. Some have it in a way it’s never evolved. Others have a big picture vision. And others still only perceive what they are told. Watching a sunrise in this case, I surely am challenged to figure what am I missing as a person, leader, entrepreneur and boss. I’m always looking for an edge. Something I can improve upon. l’ve watch amazing athletes and ambassadors such as Kobe Bryant, Roger Federer, Alex Morgan, Ken Griffey Jr, Dominique Dawes and Coco Gauff to name a few focus on every season getting better, improving parts of their game and always finding something to advance their ability to achieve success. That’s my perspective for the 2nd half of 2024, how can I make myself and my team better. I have some ideas. 💡. Let’s see how I do! I think this is very much akin to business and life. When you spend all your time looking and not doing. Being re-active not pro-active you just might miss the “rainforest”. Think about that in your own life. Don’t miss the rainforest. Every day, be somewhere you envision being the most beneficial to everyone around you.
