I highly recommend Dirk at Franklin Toyota. He was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase! Even took the time to show me and my daughter how to connect my phone to the car and explain other options that my new car has! He made buying a car easy and took the time to explain everything!

My daughter bought a 2021 Camery. 3 months later, had to buy 4 new tires!!! Service kept calling to make an appointment for Her FREE services. She left work an hour early to get oil change and tire rotation. When She arrived Toyota said, "You don't have any free services."

Worst dealership on the planet!

I would give Toyota a negative 10 if I could. I have a RAV4 that I bought there that has a manufacturer defect which caused the rear door to pull itself off the hinges and off the back of the car. And I can get no compensation, no assistance with the repairs. They won't even talk on the phone to me! Toyota is the worst auto dealership on the planet bar none!Franklin Toyota (Owner)

I would give Toyota a negative 10 if I could. I have a RAV4 that I bought there that has a manufacturer defect which caused the rear door to pull itself off the hinges and off the back of the car. Me and my fiancé bought a truck from there and a week

Me and my fiancé bought a truck from there and a week later the truck started to run hot they replaced the thermostat and it was still running hot they said that it’s normal and I told them that I wanted them to buy the truck back they said they have a no buy back policy will never buy another vehicle from here. The manager was rude and unreasonable.

Thi dealership is amazing! Nate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nate made sure I was pre-approved under terms that were acceptable and affordable for me. He was very helpful even after purchasing my car! At 20 years old he educated me about my credit and helped me leave Franklin with a new 2020 Corolla!
